That being said, here’s our vision:

Stage 1: The Combine — the thing you’re applying to here

The Combine is the first step in a two step process to challengers.

It serves to bring Prospects up to par with premier invite level player.

Stage 2: The Academy — invite only based on your engagement in The Combine and your performance on the end of term exam

Stage 2 is the application of stage 1s learning, reinforced over time, practice and intense effort.

FAQs

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

Top Frag is for anyone aspiring to become a T2+ professional Valorant player. While we specialise in coaching T3 players, we coach players from all different levels.

If you ambitious and hard working, Top Frag is the place to be.
No, our discord community is completely free. Anyone in the community can join free weekly group coaching calls with our T1/T2 Coaches & Players. To attend these calls simply join the discord and hop into the voice channel once the coaching call starts.

We also have paid programs as well but the baseline coaching within the community is free and always will be!
Although our coaching community is primarily designed for T3 competitors going pro, because we have grown we are now offering coaching to most ranks.

Our free community has calls split into two categories Radiant Coaching (Ascendant - Radiant ranks) and Open Coaching (Pre-Ascendant ranks). That means all players of any rank are free to join and participate in the community in their designated calls.

I would say just be mindful that this is a high level server but you are still welcome to join the calls.
Anyone in the community can join free weekly group coaching calls with our T1/T2 Coaches & Players. We have three types of calls: Valorant, Aim, and Performance coaching calls. Each call focuses on a different angle of improvement ensuring you become a well-rounded competitors.

To join these calls and be fully prepared for the coaching session, here’s our quick starter guide:

Join the Top Frag Discord
Topic Requests: Drop questions or clips in #struggles-and-requests. Earlier = better. Our coaches like to prepare topics beforehand, so the earlier you post—the better the answer.
Check the Schedule: Regularly visit #call-schedule, updated every weekend in your local timezone.
Set Up Notifications: Navigate to #our-coaches to select which calls to be notified about.
Join Live Calls: Cover Valorant strategy, aim mechanics, and performance coaching - no sign-up required, just join #coach’s-corner when the call starts (or any time in between).

The most important thing? Just attend at least one coaching call. Players often see immediate improvement once they engage directly with our coaches.
The free community is a group coaching model so you do not get to choose your coach. The coaches rotate each week so you will be able to attend calls with various coaches but you won’t be able to request a coach for a call.
Most of our players see immediate results from the coaching calls. If you focus on the calls and apply what the coaches teach you, you will definitely see results within the first couple of days.

The most important thing? Attend at least one coaching call and see for yourself.
We do offer 1-1 coaching but not all of our coaching formats are 1-1 coaching. The free community for example is free group coaching calls while our personalised and collegiate coaching services are 1-1 coaching.

If you are ever confused on which of our services are 1-1 or group coaching, just open a ticket in the community and we will be able to help you out there!
